Roundtable.

Agenda:

An informal discussion on relationships between Data Grid, Computation Grid, WS-* stack, BPEL and their practicality now and in one or two years.

In the past few months there were great presentation by Tangosol and GigaSpaces and I was doing some research regarding SOA and have collected small pile of commented materials on the subject as well as developed some ideas around it. In the pile:

• book “Service-Oriented Architecture” by Thomas Erl;
• ORACLE’s white paper on their “Fusion” architecture;
• Various papers by GigaSpaces, Tangosol, and GemStone;

We could start from criticizing my comments and then I hope our discussion will progress into an uncharted territory, bring your materials and your notes.
